Greek Turkey Burgers
Ingredients
Yogurt Sauce
- 1/2cup Yoplait® Fat Free plain yogurt (from 2-lb container)
- 1/4cup chopped red onion
- 1/4cup chopped cucumber
Burgers
- 1lb lean ground turkey
- 1/2cup Yoplait® Fat Free plain yogurt (from 2-lb container)
- 1teaspoon dried oregano leaves
- 1/2teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2teaspoon salt
- 1/2teaspoon pepper
- 4whole wheat burger buns, split
1 Heat gas or charcoal grill. In small bowl, mix sauce ingredients; refrigerate until serving.
2 In medium bowl, mix all burger ingredients except buns. Shape mixture into 4 patties, about 1/2 inch thick and 5 inches in diameter.
3 Place patties on grill over medium heat. Cover grill; cook 8 to 10 minutes, turning after 5 minutes, until thermometer inserted in center of patties reads 165°F. Serve patties in buns with sauce.
