Hot Turkey Salad with Sage Biscuits

  Ingredients 1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing 2 tablespoons Original Bisquick™ mix 2 cups cut-up cooked turkey 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (1 ounce) 2 medium celery stalks, sliced (1 cup) 2 medium green onions, sliced (1/4 cup) 2 1/4 cups Original Bisquick™ mix 3/4 cup milk 1/2 teaspoon dried sage leaves Steps 1  Heat oven to 425°F. Mix mayonnaise and 2 tablespoons Bisquick mix in medium bowl until well blended. Stir in turkey, cheese, celery and onions, set aside. 2  Mix 2 1/4 cups Bisquick mix, the milk and sage just until soft dough forms. Place on surface generously sprinkled with Bisquick mix; gently roll in Bisquick mix to coat. Knead gently 10 times. Roll 1/2 inch thick. Cut with 1 1/2-inch round cutter dipped in Bisquick mix. Place close together around edges of ungreased square pan, 9x9x2 inches. 3  Spoon turkey mixture into mound in center of biscuits. Bake uncovered 18 to 20 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown and salad is hot.  

Turkey and Rice Salad

  Ingredients Salad 1 box (10 oz) frozen white & wild rice (with green beans) 6 large tomatoes 2 cups diced cooked turkey 1/2 cup sliced celery 1/2 medium red or green bell pepper, chopped 1/4 cup chopped green onions (4 medium) Dressing 1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper Steps 1  Cook rice as directed on box. Refrigerate 10 minutes to cool. 2  Meanwhile, cut thin slices from tops of tomatoes. Gently squeeze out and discard seeds. Using teaspoon, remove pulp from tomatoes, leaving 1/4-inch shell. Drain upside down on paper towels. Refrigerate until serving time. 3  In medium bowl, mix rice, turkey, celery, bell pepper and onions. In small bowl, mix dressing ingredients. Pour dressing over salad; stir gently to coat. Cover; refrigerate until thoroughly chilled, at least 45 minutes. 4  Just before serving, spoon salad into tomato shells. Turkey and Dried Cherry Salad

  Ingredients 2 cups uncooked gemelli (twist) pasta (8 ounces) 1 1/2 cups cubed cooked turkey 1/2 cup dried cherries 1/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted 1 medium stalk celery, thinly sliced (1/2 cup) 3 or 4 medium green onions, chopped (1/4 cup) 3/4 cup refrigerated poppy seed dressing Steps 1  Cook and drain pasta as directed on package. 2  In large bowl, mix pasta and remaining ingredients except dressing. Pour dressing over mixture; toss until coated. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until serving.

Turkey Salad Sandwiches

  Ingredients 1 1/2 cups diced cooked turkey 1/2 cup diced unpeeled apple 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing 1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1 medium stalk celery, chopped (1/2 cup) 2 green onions, chopped (2 tablespoons) 8 slices whole grain bread Steps 1  In medium bowl, mix all ingredients except bread. 2  Spread turkey mixture on 4 slices bread. Top with remaining bread.  

Grilled Parmesan-Turkey Burgers

  Ingredients 1 lb ground turkey 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1/8 teaspoon salt 4 hamburger buns, split Red onion rings, if desired Steps 1  Heat gas or charcoal grill. In medium bowl, mix all ingredients except buns and onions. Shape mixture into 4 patties, about 1/2 inch thick. 2  Carefully brush vegetable oil on grill rack. Place patties on grill rack over medium heat. Cover grill; cook patties 12 to 15 minutes, turning once, until thermometer inserted in center of patties reads 165°F. Add buns, cut sides down, to side of grill for last 4 minutes of grilling. Serve patties on buns with grilled or raw onion rings.  

Texas Turkey Burgers

  Ingredients 1 pound ground turkey or chicken 1/2 cup barbecue sauce 1 can 4.5 ounces) Old El Paso™ chopped green chiles, drained 4 slices (1 ounce each) Monterey Jack cheese with jalapeƱo peppers 4 hamburger buns, split Steps 1  Mix turkey, barbecue sauce and chilies. Shape mixture into 4 patties, each about 3/4 inch thick. 2  Set oven control to broil. Place patties on rack in broiler pan. Broil with tops about 3 inches from heat 10 to 14 minutes, turning once, until turkey is no longer pink in center. About 1 minute before burgers are done, top each with cheese slice. Broil until cheese is melted.

Cajun Turkey Burger Skillet

  Ingredients 1 lb lean ground turkey 1 small red bell pepper, chopped (1/2 cup) 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning 2 cups hot water 1 cup milk 1 box Hamburger Helper™ cheeseburger macaroni 1 cup shredded pepper Jack cheese (4 oz) Steps 1  In 10-inch nonstick skillet, cook turkey, bell pepper and Cajun seasoning over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until turkey is no longer pink; drain. 2  Stir in hot water, milk and contents of uncooked pasta and sauce mix pouches (from Hamburger Helper box). Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 13 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender. Sprinkle with cheese.
