Hot Turkey and Gravy Open-Faced Sandwiches
Ingredients
- 2tablespoons margarine or butter
- 1large onion, thinly sliced
- 3/4lb. cooked turkey breast, cut into 1/8-inch-thick slices
- 1(12-oz.) jar fat-free turkey gravy
- 4slices bread
Steps
1 Melt margarine in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion; cover and cook 4 to 6 minutes or until onion is tender and lightly browned, stirring occasionally.
2 Add turkey and gravy; cook until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.
3 To serve, place 1 slice of bread on each individual plate. Top bread with turkey and onion mixture.
