Ground Turkey Tacos
Ingredients
Tacos
- 1tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1lb lean (at least 93%) ground turkey
- 1package (1 oz) Old El Paso™ taco seasoning mix
- 2/3cup water
- 1package (4.6 oz) Old El Paso™ taco shells (8 shells)
Toppings
- 2medium avocados, pitted, peeled and sliced
- 1cup sliced pineapple (fresh or canned)
Steps
1 In 10-inch skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Cook turkey in oil until no longer pink; drain.
2 Stir in taco seasoning mix and water. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered 5 to 10 minutes or until thickened.
3 Spoon filling into taco shells. Add toppings.
